March 24 is Ada Lovelace Day, a day to recognize and celebrate women in technology. Ada Lovelace was a nobelwoman in England in December 1815, and “wrote the world’s first computer programmes for the Analytical Engine, a general-purpose machine that Charles Babbage had invented.” Tech bloggers all over the world are celebrating by writing posts about their favorite woman technologist, in Ada’s honor.
You can check out Ada Lovelace posts from bloggers across the internet, and find more information about Ada Lovelace Day at the official website.
